HOW MAKE IT

Pattern Making

Follow the customer design to make a denim pattern and use it as a standard template for actual sample.

Material Selection

Choose denim (thick for winter, thin for summer) and accessories (metal buttons, zippers, thick thread) that match the sample’s texture and color.

Cutting

Spread denim flat, cut into parts (front/back pieces, waistband, pocket fabric) by the pattern, and align with fabric grain to avoid lopsidedness.

Sewing

Sew pockets first, assemble front/back pieces into a basic shape, add waistband and zipper, hem legs, and hand-stitch key areas for durability.

Washing

Wash sewn jeans with mild detergent in a machine to soften fabric and create a vintage look, then air dry.

Pressing & Ironing

Iron jeans to smooth wrinkles, shape the waistband, and set the form to prevent easy deformation after wear.

Quality Inspection & Packaging

Inspect jeans (holes, threads, zipper, buttons); qualified ones go into poly bags with hangtags, ready for shipping.
